How long does delivery take?
Orders leave within one working day. Germany usually arrives in 2–4 working days, the rest of Europe in 3–7. Every parcel ships tracked and insured, and you get the tracking link by email.
Can I return a bag?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Tell us and we'll send return instructions; the refund follows within a few days of the bag reaching us.
Which size should I choose?
The 25 is a sling for phone, wallet and a small tablet. The 35 is one to two nights plus a laptop. The 45 backpack suits daily commuting with a load. The 50 covers a full week and still fits most overhead bins.
How do I care for the leather?
Wipe with a dry cloth after travel, keep it out of direct heat, and treat it with a neutral leather balm two or three times a year. Pebbled calf darkens slightly with use — that patina is the point.
When do the sunglasses launch?
