Orders placed before 14:00 leave the same working day. Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days; express in 1–2. Every parcel is insured and tracked door to door.
Returns & exchanges+
Thirty days from delivery. Return it unused with its dust bag and hardware protectors and we refund in full, or exchange it for another size in the Compass family.
Leather care+
Wipe with a soft dry cloth after travel and keep it stuffed and upright in its dust bag. Condition twice a year with a neutral cream; avoid prolonged direct sun and radiators, which dry the grain.

Does it hold a laptop?+
The structured body takes a sleeved laptop flat against the back panel, with the interior zip pocket for cables, passport and charger.
Will the leather scratch?+
The pebble grain is forgiving: light marks blend into the texture and can be worked out with a dry cloth. The smooth calf trim develops a patina — part of how the bag ages.
Is the strap included?+
Yes. The detachable shoulder strap ships with the bag, along with a cotton dust bag for storage.
How do returns work?+
