The Compass 50 is cut to the volume a short trip actually needs — two changes, a pair of shoes, a laptop sleeve — and no more. The zip-top opens wide enough to pack flat, the fabric lining keeps tailoring uncreased, and the interior zip and snap pockets hold the small things that otherwise disappear.
Carried by the handles it reads as luggage. On the detachable strap it disappears against a coat. Either way it looks better after the fiftieth flight than it did on the first.
